我們希望你在蒸氣域 Vapor.area 的每一次購物體驗都能感到滿意與愉快。不過若真的發生問題，以下是我們的退款原則：

 

• 確認訂單後恕不取消或更改，請在下單前確認所有資訊。

• 商品若非重大瑕疵或錯誤寄送，恕不接受退換。

• 若商品於運送途中明顯毀損，請於收到後三日內提供開箱影片與照片，我們將協助處理。

• 因每件商品皆為限量製作、非大量庫存，如非特殊狀況，恕不接受主觀理由退貨（如個人不喜歡／與想像不同）。

• 所有退款與處理方式將依照蝦皮購物平台規範辦理。

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

• Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

• If the product arrives damaged during shipping, please send us unboxing photos and videos within 3 days of receipt. We’ll assist accordingly.

• All items are made in limited batches. We cannot accept returns based on personal preference (e.g., “not as imagined” or “changed mind”).

• Refunds and claims will be handled according to Shopee’s official policies.
